Delete Account Guidelines

If you wish to delete your account from the app, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process. Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Step 1: Log in to the app

Open the app and log in with your username and password. Make sure you are logged into the correct account you wish to delete.

Step 2: Go to the Profile tab

You will find a gear icon in the top right corner, which will take you to the "Edit Profile" tab.

Step 3: Tap the "Delete Account" button

In the profile settings section, tap the "Delete Account" button.

Step 4: Confirmation alert

Once you tap the "Delete Account" button, a confirmation alert will appear to ensure you want to proceed. The message will typically say:

Delete account
You will permanently lose your:
Confirmation Alert

Type "DELETE ACCOUNT" to confirm.

Step 5: Complete account deletion

After typing the word DELETE ACCOUNT and confirming, your account will be permanently deleted.
